Responsibilities- Start day at 6:00am checking in with crews and getting ready for the day
- Meet with teams on job sites
- Prepare for and layout enhancement projects
- Site visits and quality control
- Site walkthroughs with clients
- Identify and propose enhancements
- Contract renewals
- Be involved with operations
- Approve time entry from previous day
- And other responsibilities as necessary to advance the company's objectives
Requirements- 3-5 years of landscape experience
- Knowledge of plants, trees, and seasonal color
- Ability to accurately estimate man hours and materials
- Strong leadership ability
- Be driven and caring
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to represent the company in a professional manner
- Strong attention to details
- We someone who is well-prepared and very organized
- Be a team player
Compensation- $75,000 - $85,000 + commission
